I have been and RN for 13 years and Certified Clinical Master Herbalist for 8 years.
I formulate and hand-craft all things wellness.
I teach others how to incorporate herbs into their daily life to heal/ support them on their wellness journey.
I am a 35 year old Afro-Caribbean Female.
My social media consists of videos on healthy eating, smoothie bowls, juicing, tea blend formulating and tea rituals, wellness routines, yoga, herbal education videos, how to formulate and make herbal wellness products.
As a clinical herbalist, my philosophy is rooted in the practice of Vitalism. This simply means that I strives to honor the wholeness and uniqueness of everyone. Additionally, my extensive experience as a Registered Nurse has given me the unique ability to alchemize the medical sciences within my scope providing you with effective support for modern day lifestyles.
I believe that the healing process is a journey to be celebrated and that true healing comes from within. Our bodies are wise and resilient. They communicate to us through their language of signs and symptoms. When we learn how to listen to our body’s messages, we can begin to understand what is needed. We can then offer our body the tools it needs to nourish, tone, regenerate, and heal itself. We are natural beings, and so when we work with plants and other natural therapies, we can shift patterns of dis-ease toward new patterns of balance, vitality, and wellness.
